Hi Donna-
I'm so sorry for your loss. It is a horrible and sad experience to have. I think almost every woman on this site, at some point after their loss has questioned when AF will show. On average, I've heard, between 4-6 weeks but remember that not all women are the same. If your hormone levels are normal than your body is regulating itself. Perhaps the pains you are feeling are related to ovulation and AF will show up in the next few weeks. My OB told me not to worry unless AF didn't show up after 8-10 weeks. Waiting SUCKS but it is definitely something that we all have our share of as we go through the grieving process and TTCing. Have you tried drinking raspberry leaf tea? I remember a lot of women recommending drinking a lot of that when waiting for AF.
Hoping the witch shows up soon! love, Marisa

The waiting game, I didn't like that one either. I saw my Dr. at about 6 weeks, and still had no AF. I did complain about PMS symptoms / preg symtoms. She told me to call her back if I hadn't had AF or a pos. preg test at 8 weeks. Sure enough, about 4 days after seeing my dr. AF appeared.
