No, there is no evidence that anything anyone "does" can cause a blighted ovum. For instance, there is some evidence that smoking is a risk factor that may contribute to an ectopic pregnancy. There are no risk factors for a blighted ovum that can be attributed to behavior. Age can be a risk factor, due to egg or sperm quality.
In most cases a blighted ovum is caused by chromosomal abnormalities. It may be a quality issue of the egg or of the sperm. It is not anything you did or caused. It will most likely not ever occur again. The possibility of a blighted ovum does, however, increase with age. Women over 35 can have a "diminished ovarian reserve" which can affect egg quality and numbers. That does not mean a woman over 35 is destined to have a blighted ovum, or cannot have a baby. It is, however, something that must be taken into consideration.
The most important thing to remember is nothing you did caused a blighted ovum to occur.
